This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”, “you”) and Server1.co.za (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”) for the use of internet services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Service Description

Server1.co.za provides internet access and network management services including:

  • Broadband internet connectivity
  • Account management portal
  • Usage monitoring and reporting
  • Billing and payment processing via QuickBooks

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Not engage in activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal content distribution or access
  • Network attacks or unauthorized access attempts
  • Excessive bandwidth usage that impacts other users
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Sharing account credentials

5. Payment Terms

  • Service fees are charged according to your selected plan
  • Payments are processed through QuickBooks Online
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of service or network resources

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
